The UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has issued its decision on the 2020-24 price control review (RP3) of the UK air traffic control operator NATS. CEPA has supported the CAA throughout the process: from helping structure the programme for delivering the price control review, through policy development work and up to the implementation of the CAA’s decision in licence conditions and regulatory rules.
