Avital Kaplan is an economist who joined the firm in 2024, having been awarded as BSc in Economics from the University of Exeter. She currently works across all of CEPA’s focal sectors, supporting multiple project teams by providing comprehensive research and analysis inputs. Building on her academic achievements, Avital is developing her economic experience prior to evolving any particular sector or practice area specialisms.

Having undertaken several internships prior to joining CEPA, Avital gained invaluable experience as a researcher for the trading arm of a leading US investment bank and developed her proficiency in using information technology applications. In addition, from working in client-facing environments, Avital has proven to be a confident and effective communicator who is able to quickly establish good rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
