Nazarena Marano

Nazarena joined CEPA as a consultant in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an economic advisor in the Ministry of Production of Argentina and participated in economic consultancy projects for various firms across Latin American countries. She also worked as a business analyst in a telecommunication company.
Nazarena Marano joined CEPA in 2024, after working as an economic advisor in the Ministry of Production of Argentina, where she advised ministers on the effect of international trade policies in the local economy. Since joining the firm, she has primarily worked in the energy practice, with additional project work with CEPA’s water team.
Nazarena holds an MSc in Economics of Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability at the Barcelona School of Economics and a BA in Economics from Universidad de Buenos Aires. In her MSc dissertation she simulated the CO2 emissions reduction from increasing electricity interconnection in two regions in the USA.
