Tender process for the sale of three offshore wind transmission assets with a combined value of c. £2 billion is launched
On 26 January 2023, Ofgem launched its OFTO Tender Round 10 (TR10) process for the sale of three offshore wind transmission assets relating to Dogger Bank A offshore wind farm, Neart Na Gaoithe offshore wind farm and Moray West offshore wind farm. The Smith Square Partners Consortium, consisting of Smith Square Partners, Centrus, BDO, Grant Thornton and CEPA, is acting as financial adviser to Ofgem in relation to the TR10 process.
