Jack Syder-Mills
Consultant
Jack joined CEPA as a consultant in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a lead analyst at the Bank of England (Bank) and participated in the Bank's market intelligence gathering. Before this he worked in sell side equity research for large investment banks.
Jack Syder-Mills joined CEPA in 2024, after working as a lead analyst at the Bank of England, where he advised the Financial Policy Committee and Monetary Policy Committee on topics ranging from systemic risks in financial markets, to developments in US rate markets. Prior to this, he worked in sell side equity research for Morgan Stanley and Jefferies advising clients on leisure and tech stocks. Since joining the firm, he has primarily worked in the energy practice, leading on financial modelling work.
Jack holds a MSc (cum laude) in Financial Economics from Tilburg University and a BSc (first class) in Economics with Industrial Experience from the University of Exeter. In his BSc thesis he assessed the contribution of healthy and realistic dietary in reducing emissions from the UK's food sector.
